Nowmadd Dev Studio provides a personal, non-exclusive, and revocable license to utilize PomoDog for private, non-commercial productivity and focus management.
Proprietary Canine Assets & IP
All artistic assets, canine character designs, animations, soundscapes, and software architecture remain the exclusive property of Nowmadd Dev Studio, protected by international copyright frameworks.
2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
All financial commerce within PomoDog is transparent, fair, and facilitated exclusively via Google Play Billing. We offer direct access to value without manipulative currency conversions:
Premium & Lifetime Access
We offer auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase to unlock all companion dogs, premium soundscapes, and remove advertising.
Season Pass (Passe da Matilha)
Grants immediate early access to the current seasonal pet collection with deterministic, non-predatory rewards.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated via your Google Play Store Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the cycle end.
Refund Policy
Financial transactions and refund requests are governed strictly by the standard policies of the Google Play Store.
Nowmadd Dev Studio does not store or process your banking or credit card credentials. You maintain sovereign control over your active plans, renewal intervals, or cancellations at any time directly through your Google Play profile.
3. Local Storage & Data Maintenance
PomoDog is architected with complete on-device autonomy. We purposefully do not maintain centralized cloud user databases:

PomoDog utilizes an "Offline-First" architecture, where focus statistics and collected assets reside exclusively on your physical device.
Data Maintenance & Custody
Nowmadd Dev Studio is not responsible for data loss due to device formatting, cache clearing, loss of hardware, or uninstallation without a native backup.
Custody Recommendation: To ensure historical focus records and dog companions are preserved across device upgrades, users are encouraged to maintain standard Android OS automated system backups (Google One / Device Backup).
4. Health & Productivity Disclaimer
PomoDog serves as a mindfulness and productivity tool for study routines. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional clinical advice or therapeutic diagnostics.
Mindfulness & Habit Formation
Designed to cultivate peaceful study cadences, structured intervals, and biofílico visual companionship.
Non-Medical Classification
The App does not offer medical diagnoses, ADHD therapies, psychiatric cures, or clinical intervention regimens.
